MAZAK QT NEXUS 250 M

On the Mazak QT Nexus 250 M all twelve turret stations are driven. The milling drive supplies 5.5 kW up to 4,500 rpm, so drilling and milling need no second setup.

Turning goes up to Ø 380 mm, and the Z axis travels 575 mm. The main spindle runs up to 4,000 rpm on an A2-8 nose and takes bar stock up to 77 mm.

A programmable tailstock, a Kitagawa B210 chuck, an interface for the bar magazine, a toolholder package with driven holders, an 8 bar coolant pump and a chip conveyor are all present.

Year of manufacture 2005, Mazatrol 640 T Nexus control. The QT Nexus 250M is directly available, price on request. We inspect it before handover and arrange transport and financing.
