MAZAK QT NEXUS 200 MS

Main and counter-spindle, twelve driven stations: the Mazak QT Nexus 200 MS delivers finished parts without a second setup.

The main spindle produces 26/22 kW at 5,000 rpm and takes bar stock up to 65 mm; the counter-spindle 11 kW at 6,000 rpm. Turning goes up to Ø 380 mm and 575 mm in length.

The milling drive delivers 5.5 kW up to 4,500 rpm. Two Kitagawa chucks (BB-08 and B-206), a parts catcher, the interface for the bar magazine and a toolholder package with driven holders are included.
