Mazatrol Smooth G
Description
A horizontal machining centre with a pallet changer keeps cutting while the operator sets up the second pallet. That is what the Mazak HCN-4000 is built for: two pallets of 400 × 400 mm, each rated for 400 kg.
The working envelope takes workpieces up to Ø 630 × 900 mm. The travels are 560 / 640 / 640 mm. The milling spindle produces 35 kW and turns up to 18,000 rpm; the magazine holds 60 tools in SK-40.
The HCN 4000 has coolant through the spindle and preparation for 70 bar internal coolant. Tool length measurement, a Renishaw OMP60 probe and a Mayfran chip conveyor are also fitted.
Built 2021, Mazatrol Smooth G control. Inspected handover, transport and financing are all arranged by us.
