Description
The milling spindle of this Mazak VCS 530C is new, replaced in October 2025. The spindle motor was already renewed in early 2024, and the machine was then geometrically inspected.
A Kitagawa MR-250 fourth axis extends the vertical machining centre to rotary work. The table measures 1,300 × 550 mm and carries up to 1,200 kg. Travels are 1,050 / 510 / 510 mm.
The spindle delivers 18.5 kW at 12,000 rpm in SK-40. The magazine holds 30 tools up to 350 mm long. Tool length measurement and coolant through the spindle at 15 bar are fitted, plus Mazak Monitoring System B with a Renishaw probe.
Built 2012, Mazatrol Smart control. The VCS 530 C stands under power at our premises and can be tested at any time. Delivery, installation and commissioning are carried out by our own technicians; financing on request.
