The Mazak vertical works with travels of 560 × 430 × 510 mm (X/Y/Z). Workpieces weighing up to 500 kg can be clamped on the 900 × 430 mm table. The rapid traverse in the X axis is 42 m/min, the feed rate 8,000 mm/min. This ensures short non-productive times and productive machining.
Powerful milling spindle
The spindle with SK 40 tool holder reaches up to 12,000 rpm at a drive power of 18.5 / 11 / 7.5 kW. This allows you to machine steel, aluminum and other materials with reliable process stability.
Fast tool change
The tool magazine offers 30 tool stations. The chip-to-chip change takes only 2.8 seconds. Tools can be used up to 80 mm in diameter (125 mm with adjacent stations free) and 350 mm in length.
