MAZAK HQR 200 MSY (Ref. 24116)

We stock the Mazak HQR 200 MSY twice — this is ref. 24116. Both machines are twin-spindle lathes with two turrets and are prepared for automation.

Main and counter-spindle each deliver 22 kW at 5,000 rpm on an A2-6 nose. Two 12-station turrets give 24 positions, all driven, up to 6,000 rpm. The Y and Y2 axes travel 100 and 70 mm respectively.

A robot interface and an automatic door are already fitted for cell integration. Toolsetters on the right and left, two SMW Autoblok 200 GSA shaft chucks, coolant temperature control and 15 bar high-pressure pumps are present; the chip conveyor discharges to the rear.

Built 2013, Mazatrol Matrix 2 control. Other chucks can be supplied on request. Handed over inspected, price on request, transport and financing through us if required.
