Doosan Puma MX 2600 ST: turning and milling center with counter spindle, B axis and bar feeder
The Doosan Puma MX 2600 ST, year of manufacture 2013, is a high-performance turning and milling center for the complete machining of demanding workpieces in a single setup. Thanks to the Fanuc 31i-B control, Y axis and swiveling milling spindle, you can also produce complex geometries economically and with reliable process safety.
Large working area for long workpieces
With a maximum turning diameter of 760 mm, a turning length of 1,540 mm and a swing over bed of 1,000 mm, the Doosan Puma MX 2600 ST also machines large and long parts. Bar machining is possible up to a diameter of 76 mm.
Turning and milling head with B axis
The turning and milling head with Capto C6 interface swivels through 240° (±120°) and reaches up to 12,000 rpm at 15 / 18.5 kW. The 80-station tool changer ensures short setup times and high flexibility. The Y axis offers a travel of 230 mm (±115 mm).
Counter spindle and lower turret
The counter spindle (ASA A2-8) reaches 4,000 rpm at 22 / 26 kW. The lower turret is equipped with 12 driven tools (7.8 kW), so that back-side machining can also be carried out without re-clamping.
Including LNS QLSIII bar feeder (year of manufacture 2016)
The machine comes with an LNS QLSIII bar feeder for bars from 6 to 120 mm in diameter and lengths from 130 to 1,600 mm for automated, unmanned production.
