MAZAK HQR 200 MSY (Ref. 24115)

Two spindles, two turrets, 24 driven stations: the HQR 200 MSY with ref. 24115 machines parts completely from both sides.

Each spindle produces 22 kW at 5,000 rpm with an A2-6 nose. The turrets reach 6,000 rpm on the driven tools. The Z axes travel 760 and 815 mm, plus 100 mm of Y and 70 mm of Y2.

This machine differs from our second HQR 200 MSY in one detail: the chip conveyor discharges to the right here. The robot interface, automatic door, toolsetters on both sides, SMW Autoblok 200 GSA shaft chucks and coolant temperature control are identically present.
