NAKAMURA NTRX-300

At 650 mm turning diameter and 1,100 mm turning length, the Nakamura NTRX-300 is one of the larger turn-mill centres in our stock. Main and counter-spindle each deliver 22/18.5 kW at 3,500 rpm. The bar capacity is 80 mm.

The B axis swivels through 225°. The milling spindle runs 22/15 kW up to 12,000 rpm in a Capto C6 taper. Forty tool stations are available, each up to 12 kg and 300 mm long.

For automated runs there is a Hydrafeed Multifeed MSV80 bar feeder. A Schunk finished-part gripper with parts conveyor and laser tool measurement are also fitted. Control: NT Smart X on a Fanuc 31i base.
