Description
A B axis with a ±120° swivel range is unusual on a turn-mill centre of this size. The DMG Mori MT 2000 SZ uses it for simultaneous milling on angled faces.
The MT2000SZ turns up to Ø 550 mm and 1,020 mm in length. The main spindle delivers 22 kW at 4,600 rpm with 65 mm bar capacity, the counter-spindle 15 kW at 6,000 rpm.
The milling spindle reaches 7,000 rpm in a Capto C6 taper, and the chain magazine holds 60 tools. A drum turret with twelve stations and driven tools up to 4,000 rpm sits below. Internal coolant is prepared for 70 bar and a 10 bar high-pressure pump is fitted.
Built 2002, MSG-501 MAPPS control on a Fanuc base. It has been serviced regularly and is technically sound. Price on request, transport and financing through us on request.
