Economical production with the QTC 200 MSY

The designation MSY stands for milling spindle, counter spindle and Y-axis. Workpieces are transferred from the main spindle to the counter spindle and completely machined in a single pass. The 12-station tool turret keeps non-productive times short at 0.23 seconds per indexing step. The integrated motor spindle ensures high concentricity accuracy and very good surface finishes.

With 65 mm bar capacity, bar feeder interface and parts catcher, the Mazak QT 200 MSY also runs unmanned. This reduces the unit costs for shaft and chuck parts in medium to large series.
