The Mazak QT Compact 300 MS L impresses with its compact design. At the same time, it offers generous travels and high drive power. The maximum turning diameter is 340 mm, the swing diameter 695 mm. The bar capacity is 80 mm. The distance between the clamping jaws is 539.5 mm. The travels in X/Z are 215/605 mm. The machine is controlled via the modern Mazatrol Smooth C control. It enables intuitive programming and high process reliability.

The 12-station tool turret ensures maximum flexibility. It features 12 driven stations. These deliver 5.5 kW at a maximum speed of 4,500 rpm. This makes additional machining operations such as milling and drilling possible. The main spindle delivers 15 kW AC at up to 4,000 rpm. The counter spindle delivers 7.5 kW AC at up to 6,000 rpm. Both spindles feature a high-precision C axis with a resolution of 0.0001°. This allows even complex components to be completely machined in a single setup.

The scope of delivery includes two high-quality Kitagawa 3-jaw chucks: type BB210A815 and type B206-15-B. In addition, there is a complete set of tool holders, including driven holders. A Samsys Multi 3000 bar loading magazine is also included. It makes the machine immediately ready for automated series production.
