MAZAK QTE 300 MSY (U500) – sold
The Mazak QTE 300 MSY (QTE-300 MSY) is a turning centre with sub-spindle and Y axis. Travels are 215 mm in X, 100 mm in Y, 605 mm in Z and 585 mm in W. The main spindle delivers 18.5 kW at 4,000 rpm and takes bar stock up to 80 mm, the sub-spindle 7.5 kW at 6,000 rpm. Twelve driven tool stations work with 5.5 kW up to 4,500 rpm.
The turning diameter is 340 mm, the turning length 695 mm. Equipment included a tool setter, an automatic parts catcher, a C axis on both spindles, a 10 bar high-pressure pump, a bar feeder interface, cylindrical and polar interpolation and an engraving function. With 100 hours of pure cutting the machine was almost as new. This machine has been sold.
