Description
This Mazak SQT 200 MSY is unusually completely equipped: coolant temperature control by Parker Hiross, oil mist extraction, a 20 bar high-pressure pump and Hainbuch collet chucks on both spindles.
The SQT200MSY turns up to Ø 300 mm. The main spindle delivers 18.5 kW at 5,000 rpm on A2-6, the counter-spindle 7.5 kW. All 16 turret stations are driven and run up to 4,500 rpm.
With 100 mm of Y travel and a counter-spindle, finished parts come off in a single pass; an LNS Quick Load Servo III feeds the machine with bar stock.
