MAZAK VTC-530-C

1,740 mm in X: the Mazak VTC-530-C is a vertical machining centre for long parts. The continuous table measures 2,300 × 530 mm and carries up to 1,000 kg.

Y and Z travel 530 and 510 mm respectively. The milling spindle delivers 18.5 kW at 12,000 rpm with an SK-40 taper to DIN 69871; the magazine holds 30 tools, up to 350 mm long and 8 kg in weight.

The operating hours are documented: around 36,000 hours powered on, of which about 11,500 hours were actual cutting.
