MAZAK VTC-200-C

A Renishaw OMP60 probe and automatic tool length measurement take the setup work off the Mazak VTC-200-C. That helps in particular with changing one-off parts.

The table measures 2,000 × 510 mm, the X axis travels 1,660 mm and Y and Z 510 mm each. This makes the vertical machining centre a good fit for long workpieces.

The milling spindle delivers 18.5 kW at 12,000 rpm in an SK-40 taper, and the magazine holds 30 tools. Coolant runs through the spindle and the chip conveyor discharges to the right.

Year of manufacture 2001, Mazatrol PC Fusion 640 M control. The VTC 200 C is available at short notice, price on request. It leaves us inspected; we sort out transport and financing.
