DECKEL MAHO DMU 70

Anyone who programs Heidenhain will be at home on this Deckel Maho DMU 70. It runs an iTNC 530 and is laid out for 5-axis machining.

The fourth axis rotates 360° and the fifth swivels from +10 to -95°, both resolving to 0.001 mm. The table offers Ø 800 × 630 mm of clamping surface, and travels are 750 / 600 / 530 mm.

The milling spindle delivers 19/15 kW and 100 Nm at 14,000 rpm. The magazine holds 30 tools in SK40 to DIN 69871. Direct measuring systems in X, Y and Z and 20 bar internal coolant are fitted, plus a TS 640 infrared probe and a TT140 tool probe.
