Description
A GL-400F gantry loader with a shuttle conveyor for twelve pallets turns the Mazak Multiplex 6300-II into a production cell. The machine keeps running without constant operator attention.
Cutting happens on two opposed spindles of 22.5 kW each at 4,000 rpm, both with a C axis resolving to 0.0001°. Two 12-station turrets provide 24 driven positions, the milling drive 7.5 kW.
The swing diameter is 430 mm, both Z axes travel 605 mm. Equipment includes an automatic Tooleye on the right and left as well as a Cromar coolant system with a separate tank and two 15 bar pumps.
Year of manufacture 2016, Mazatrol Matrix 2 control. Price on request. We inspect it before handover and arrange dismantling, transport and financing.
