MAZAK INTEGREX 200 SY + GL100C

This Mazak Integrex 200 SY comes with a Flex GL-100C gantry loader — machine and loading system form a complete cell.

The turn-mill centre handles parts up to Ø 540 mm and 1,065 mm in length. The main spindle runs up to 5,000 rpm, the counter-spindle up to 6,000 rpm and the milling spindle up to 12,000 rpm in a KM-63 taper. Forty tool stations are available.

Internal coolant supply at 15 bar, Tooleye tool measurement and a Mayfran chip conveyor are part of the equipment.

Year of manufacture 2001, Mazatrol 640 MT control. The Integrex 200SY is available immediately, price on request. We inspect it before handover; dismantling, transport and financing are handled by us on request.
