The Mazak Integrex J-200 500U impresses with its versatile design. The maximum turning diameter is 500 mm, and the turning length is likewise 500 mm. The bar capacity is 52 mm. The travels in X/Y/Z are 450/200/550 mm. The machine is controlled by the modern Mazatrol SmoothG control. It ensures intuitive programming and high process reliability.

The main spindle reaches a speed of up to 5,000 rpm and features an A2-6 spindle nose. A C-axis is also integrated. Up to 12,000 rpm are available for the milling spindle. The B-axis covers a range from -30° to 190°, with an indexing of 1°. This allows even demanding 5-axis machining operations to be carried out precisely.

The Capto C6 tooling system is used, with a tool changer for 36 stations. The maximum tool diameter is 90 mm, and up to 125 mm with adjacent pockets left free. The maximum tool length is 210 mm. An MK5 tailstock is also part of the equipment.

In addition, the machine features an automatic parts catcher, an automatic Tooleye and a chip conveyor. Cooling is provided directly through the spindle at 15 bar pressure.

The scope of delivery includes around 30 Capto C6 tool holders as well as various clamping jaws. You will also receive an Irco Breuning ILS MUK-7012-III bar feeder. It processes bars up to 1,200 mm in length and 70 mm in diameter. The machine is therefore immediately ready for automated production.
