Description
Around 600 operating hours on a machine built in 2023: the Mazak Integrex i-350 HS is practically as new. Anyone unwilling to wait out the lead time on a new machine will find the shortcut here.
The i-350H S turns up to Ø 670 mm and 1,519 mm in length. Main and counter-spindle deliver 30 and 26 kW respectively at 4,000 rpm, both with a C axis, and the bar capacity is 80 mm.
The milling spindle produces 24 kW up to 12,000 rpm in a Capto C6 taper; the B axis resolves to 0.0001° and swivels from -30 to 210°. 38 tool stations take tools up to 400 mm.
