MAZAK INTEGREX 200-IVST (Ref. 24157)

Almost a metre and a half of turning length: the Mazak Integrex 200-IVST with ref. 24157 machines shafts up to 1,495 mm at a 660 mm turning diameter.

Main and counter-spindle deliver 22 and 18.5 kW, and the bar capacity is 52 mm. The milling spindle runs 18.5 kW up to 12,000 rpm in KM63, with the B axis resolving to 0.0001°.

A drum turret with nine tool stations sits below, which allows turning in parallel with the milling spindle. The magazine holds 40 tools. A bar feeder interface, parts catcher, 50 bar high-pressure pump, gear hobbing and a full C axis are present.
