Description
The difference from our second Integrex 200-IVST lies in the magazine: this machine (ref. 24055) holds 120 tools instead of 40.
Turning goes up to Ø 660 mm and 1,495 mm in length. Main and counter-spindle both have a full C axis and deliver 22 and 18.5 kW; the bar capacity here is 65 mm. The milling spindle runs 18.5 kW up to 12,000 rpm in Capto C6.
The lower drum turret offers nine stations, six of them driven up to 6,000 rpm. Added to that are a Mayfran Consep 2000 II chip conveyor with a double switching filter, 70 bar internal coolant with a high-pressure pump, an air-conditioned control cabinet and a conveyor for finished parts.
