DMG MORI NT4250DCG/1500S – sold
With 1,550 mm of Z travel and 1,542 mm turning length, the DMG Mori NT4250DCG/1500S (NT 4250 DCG) was built for long shafts. The turning diameter is 660 mm, X travel 750 mm, the Y axis ±210 mm. Main and sub-spindle each run 22 kW at 4,000 rpm, spindle nose A2-8. The milling spindle reaches 12,000 rpm at 18.5 kW in Capto C6; the B axis swivels through 225°.
The magazine holds 40 tools. On the coolant side came a Knoll SF500/Turbo-1 filter unit and a 70 bar high-pressure pump. The machine was further equipped with a hydraulic steady rest SMW Autoblok SLU-5-ZS for 45 to 310 mm, a hobbing function, Tool Center Point Control and Load Monitor B. This machine has been sold.
