Description
10,000 hours powered on, of which only around 1,500 hours were actual cutting. This Mazak Integrex i-300 spent far more time standing ready than removing metal.
Turning goes up to Ø 658 mm and 1,011 mm in length. The main spindle supplies 30 kW and 724 Nm at 4,000 rpm. The spindle bore is 91 mm, the bar capacity 80 mm, the nose A2-8.
The milling spindle runs 22 kW up to 12,000 rpm and the B axis resolves to 0.0001°. The magazine holds 110 tools. Added to that are a Schunk ROTA THW plus 315 chuck and a Renishaw RMP 60, plus the 5-axis package for Smooth X.
