Description
The Mazak Integrex i-150 is a compact turn-mill centre for small, complex parts. It offers 340 mm turning diameter, 385 mm turning length and 400 mm swing diameter.
The Integrex i150 handles 5-axis simultaneous machining. The B axis swivels from -10° to +190° and resolves to 0.0001°. The main spindle supplies 11 kW and 161 Nm at 5,000 rpm.
The milling spindle runs 7.5 kW up to 12,000 rpm in a Capto C6 taper, the magazine holds 36 tools. An NC-programmable tailstock, Tool Eye and a finished-part gripper with conveyor are included. A bar feeder interface with 65 mm capacity and a 15 bar high-pressure pump complete it.
