Description
Mazak HCN-5000 with 10-pallet pool and TOOL HIVE
This HCN 5000 is built for long, uninterrupted runs. Ten pallets of 500 × 500 mm and a TOOL HIVE magazine with 180 SK-40 stations keep it cutting across shift boundaries.
The working envelope takes workpieces up to Ø 800 × 1,000 mm. The axes travel 730 / 730 / 740 mm. The milling spindle delivers 30 kW at 14,000 rpm, with 70 bar coolant through the spindle.
Around 130 SK40 toolholders are included, along with pallets, tombstones and clamping equipment. Year of manufacture 2019, Mazatrol Smooth G control. We inspect the system, dismantle it properly and deliver it including financing on request.
