Description
Six pallets plus a separate setup station: the Palletech system turns the Mazak HCN-5000 II into an installation that runs through the night while setup happens during the day.
The pallets measure 500 × 500 mm and the axes travel 730 / 730 / 740 mm. The milling spindle delivers 30 kW at 18,000 rpm, and the magazine holds 120 tools in BT-40.
The operating hours are open: around 40,000 hours powered on, of which about 19,000 hours were actual cutting. Tool length measurement via a Renishaw NC4 laser, synchronised tapping and a detachable handwheel belong to the equipment.
Built 2007, Mazatrol Matrix control. Price on request. Dismantling a Palletech installation needs planning — we take that on, together with transport, reassembly and financing.
