Description
This HCN-5000/50 does not come on its own. A Cellro Elevate E-110-165 cell with a Fanuc R-2000 165F iC robot, parts storage and automatic gripper changing belongs to the machine.
The robot carries up to 165 kg and handles workpieces up to 90 kg. The machining centre itself travels 730 / 730 / 800 mm. It alternates between two pallets of 500 × 500 mm rated for 700 kg.
The milling spindle delivers 30 kW at 10,000 rpm in SK-50, and the chain magazine holds 120 tools. A direct-drive rotary table and a Renishaw NC4 tool laser are fitted. An RMP600 probe, an automatic door and Smooth Link are also present.
Built 2023, Mazatrol Smooth G control. Price on request. We inspect the machine and the cell, dismantle them properly and support transport, commissioning and financing.
