The Mazak QTE 300 MSY SG is a CNC turning center with milling function, Y axis and counter spindle. This allows complex workpieces to be completely machined in a single setup, from the front to the back.

The integrated spindle motor of the main spindle (10″ chuck, up to 4,000 rpm, 18.5 kW in short-time operation, up to 358 Nm) ensures high machining performance with low vibration. The counter spindle (6,000 rpm) takes over the workpiece for the second operation. Using the Y axis with ±50 mm travel and the C axis, you can also machine bores, contours and surfaces outside the turning center. The 12-station drum turret with driven tools (up to 4,500 rpm) provides the matching tools for this.
