MAZAK INTEGREX 300-III x 1000 – sold
The Mazak Integrex 300-III x 1000 (INTEGREX 300 III) works with an NC-controlled tailstock. It turns up to 658 mm in diameter over 1,055 mm in length. Travels are 630 mm in X, 230 mm in Y and 1,095 mm in Z, with 225° of swivel in the B axis.
The milling spindle delivers 18.5 kW and 12,000 rpm in Capto C6; the B axis resolves to 0.0001°. Forty tool pockets are available. It was completed by Tooleye, synchronised tapping, the Flash Tool function, coolant through the spindle at 15 bar and a chip conveyor. This machine has been sold.
