MAZAK INTEGREX i-100

This Mazak Integrex i-100 was used exclusively for one-off parts and accordingly carries few operating hours. You can tell from its condition.

The Integrex i100 turns up to Ø 530 mm and 520 mm in length. The main spindle delivers 11 kW at 6,000 rpm on A2-5, with a C axis resolving to 0.0001° and 52 mm bar capacity. The B axis swivels from -30 to 210°.

The milling spindle runs 7.5 kW up to 12,000 rpm, and the magazine holds 36 tools in HSK63 — around 35 to 40 holders are included. Tooleye, a Renishaw RMP60 probe, a Kitagawa BB206 chuck and a 15 bar high-pressure pump belong to it.

Built 2014, Mazatrol Matrix 2 control. The machine can be demonstrated under power at any time, price on request. Transport and financing are arranged by us.
