MAZAK QUICK TURN SMART 350 – sold
The Mazak Quick Turn Smart 350 (QT-SMART 350) is a lathe for long shaft parts. Z travel and turning length are 1,233 mm each, the tailstock moves over 1,265 mm. The turning diameter is 420 mm, the swing diameter 720 mm. The main spindle runs up to 3,300 rpm, spindle nose A2-11, bar capacity 102 mm. The turret holds twelve tools.
Added to this were a coolant pump at 15 bar, Tooleye, a tailstock, a tool holder package, a chip conveyor discharging to the right and a Schunk Rota NCWF 315-91 three-jaw chuck of 315 mm. Operating time was around 25,500 hours, of which some 6,000 hours were cutting. This machine has been sold.
