Start with the machine type, not the brand. Narrow by year next, and leave the model series for last. Work it the other way around and you filter yourself down to zero hits in a hurry. When the filter stalls, open the page for that machine type. It lists the key numbers that separate one machine from the next.

We listen to the spindle under load, cycle the tool magazine through every pocket, and measure backlash in the axes. We power up the control with every option running. A missing option is nothing you can see from the outside. We record the hours as far as the control still reports them. Whatever turns up goes into the condition report.

On many machines yes, by appointment. It's worth doing if you want to bring your own part or run the control yourself. Tell us beforehand what you want to look at. The machine will be staged and ready when you get here.

We can handle teardown, transport, rigging, and startup as one package, training at the control included. Single steps can be booked on their own. We settle access, crane needs, floor space, and utilities with you before the delivery date, not on it.

Yes. We buy used machine tools and credit them against the purchase price. Send us the model, year, control, and a few photos, and you get an assessment back. If that works for you, we pick up the old machine the same day the replacement arrives.
