Description
The Mazak FJV-250 combines two things rarely found together on a vertical machining centre. It has a 2-pallet changer and a fourth axis.
The fourth axis is driven by a Hofmann RWNX-160 rotary table with a tailstock support. The pallets of the FJV 250 measure 1,200 × 500 mm, travels are 1,020 / 510 / 460 mm.
The milling spindle delivers 22 kW at 12,000 rpm in an SK-40 taper, and the magazine holds 30 tools. Added to that are a zero-point clamping plate and Mazak Monitoring B with a Renishaw OMP60. Coolant runs through the spindle, and a 15 bar high-pressure pump is fitted.
Year of manufacture 1999, Mazatrol PC Fusion 640 M control. The price is on request and the delivery time is around eight weeks. We inspect the machine, organise transport and arrange the financing.
