Description
Two spindles, two turrets: the Nakamura WT-100 machines workpieces from both sides without anyone re-clamping. Main and counter-spindle each deliver 11 kW at 6,000 rpm, both with a C axis and an A2-5 nose.
The two 12-station turrets provide 24 positions, all driven. The milling drive supplies 7.1/2.2 kW up to 6,000 rpm. Turning goes up to Ø 190 mm and the bar capacity is 42 mm.
For unattended operation an FMB Turbo 5-65/3200A bar feed magazine from 2019 is included. A workpiece gripper with conveyor, a parts catcher and a chip conveyor complete it. Control: Nakamura-Tome NT Smart X.
The WT 100 is inspected before handover; transport, installation and financing are handled by us on request.
