Automated production with the GL150F gantry loader

The Flex GL150F gantry loader with pallet conveyor automates chuck parts up to 200 mm in diameter. The robot works with a D3 hand (3-jaw gripper) and handles 2 x 15 kg. This lowers your unit costs, increases spindle uptime and takes the load off your staff on series and repeat parts.

Complete machining in a single setup

The Integrex combines turning and milling in one machine. Thanks to 5-axis simultaneous machining, a full C axis on the counter spindle, cylindrical interpolation and synchronized thread cutting, you can machine even demanding geometries without re-clamping. This saves setup time and increases accuracy.

The machine processes workpieces with a maximum turning diameter of 660 mm and a maximum turning length of 1,495 mm. The travels in X1/X2/Y/Z1/Z2/W are 580/150/160/1,545/1,490/1,550 mm.

The main spindle delivers 22 kW and reaches up to 4,600 rpm with a spindle bore of 65 mm. The counter spindle with full C axis provides 18.5 kW and up to 5,000 rpm. The milling spindle with 18.5 kW runs at up to 12,000 rpm.

Tool variety: 40 stations in the magazine

The tool magazine in the Capto C6 system offers 40 tool stations for tools up to 300 mm in length, 90 or 125 mm in diameter and 10 kg in weight. In addition, there is the lower turret with 9 stations, 6 of them driven, with up to 6,000 rpm. The Flash Tool function additionally supports you in tool management.
