MAZAK INTEGREX e-1850V12 II – sold
The Mazak Integrex e-1850V12 II (INTEGREX e 1850 V12) is a large vertical multi-tasking centre. Travels are 3,055 mm in X, 1,850 mm in Y and 1,800 mm in Z. The tool magazine holds 120 pockets.
Equipment included tool breakage detection in the ATC area, linear scales on the X, Y and Z axes, automatic Tooleye, Mazak Monitoring B with a Renishaw RMP60, an air blast at the workpiece, an electronic handwheel, an overload monitoring system, gear milling, synchronised tapping, 5-axis simultaneous machining and tool tip control. This machine has been sold.
