DOOSAN PUMA 700M II (1600 mm) – sold
The Doosan Puma 700M II (PUMA-700M II) is a heavy lathe with a C axis. The turning diameter is 900 mm, the swing diameter 1,030 mm and the turning length 1,600 mm. The main spindle delivers 55/45/37 kW at 1,600 rpm, spindle nose A1-15, spindle bore 181 mm, bar capacity 164 mm. Twelve driven tool stations in BMT85P holders work with 11 kW up to 3,000 rpm.
Equipment included Tooleye, a chip conveyor, 10 bar through-tool coolant, a hydraulic steady rest Atlings AX9i for 100 to 510 mm, tool holders with a Capto quick-change system and an SMW Autoblok KNCS three-jaw chuck of 630 mm. Operating time was 700 hours with 30 hours of pure cutting. This machine has been sold.
