MAZAK INTEGREX 100-IVST – sold
A lower 9-station turret and a Breuning Irco Simag bar feeder characterise the Mazak Integrex 100-IVST (INTEGREX 100 IV ST). Bar stock up to 3,000 mm was processed. It turns up to 545 mm in diameter over 753 mm in length. Travels are 410 mm in X, 220 mm in X2, 140 mm in Y, 805 mm in Z, 780 mm in Z2 and 790 mm in W.
Both turning spindles reach 11 kW and 6,000 rpm. The milling spindle manages 12,000 rpm at 5.5 kW in Capto C6, swivelling through 225°. The magazine holds 20 tools. Added to this were coolant through the spindle at 15 bar, preparation for Mazak Monitoring System B, cylindrical interpolation, the Flash Tool function and two Kitagawa three-jaw chucks. This machine has been sold.
