MAZAK MTV-655/80N

Two metres of travel in X, plus a 2-pallet changer with pallets of 2,000 × 650 mm. The Mazak MTV-655/80N is built for long workpieces and cyclical setup.

Y and Z travel 650 mm each. The milling spindle works at 18.5 kW up to 6,000 rpm through a two-speed gearbox. It takes SK-50 tools, a heavy taper that matches the machine size.

The magazine holds 60 tools. A Kitagawa fourth axis with tailstock support and a Zero Clamp zero-point clamping plate are fitted. Coolant runs through the spindle, with a 70 bar high-pressure pump and a Mayfran chip conveyor.

Built 2006, Mazatrol PC Fusion 640 M control. The MTV 655/80N leaves us inspected, price on request. Dismantling, transport and financing are arranged by us.
