MAZAK FJV-200 – sold
The Mazak FJV-200 (FJV 200) is a vertical machining centre. Travels are 560 mm in X and 410 mm each in Y and Z. The milling spindle runs up to 18,000 rpm and takes Big Plus #40 tooling. The magazine holds 30 tools up to 300 mm long and 80 mm in diameter, or 125 mm with adjacent pockets free.
Equipment included coolant and air through the spindle, Renishaw tool length measurement with breakage control, the Smooth software package, high-speed function, contour compensation and a coolant tray. This machine has been sold.
