Description
Used Mazak Integrex i-200S — complete machining with a counter-spindle
On the Integrex i200 S the main and counter-spindle machine the part from both sides: 22/15 kW at the front, 18.5/15 kW at the back, each at 5,000 rpm with an A2-6 nose and C axes resolving to 0.0001°.
The milling spindle runs 22/15 kW up to 12,000 rpm, and the B axis swivels from -30 to 210°. Turning goes up to Ø 658 mm and 1,011 mm in length; 36 tool stations in Capto C6 are available.
The 5-axis package applies to both spindles, including tool tip control and spline interpolation. An EMT Super 80 bar feeder, an automatic parts catcher and a Renishaw RMP600 are fitted. Mazatrol Smooth X control. Inspection, transport and financing are handled by us on request.
